Adding color to your paper doll princess….
These princess paper dolls print in economical black and white, leaving a blank canvas for your kids to add their own color and flair.
Encourage your young artists to color before cutting out the shapes. Coloring on and off a cut edge is tedious and no fun. Coloring first means any extra marks just get cut away!
Cutting out your princess paper dolls…
I’m not going to lie. Cutting out these princess paper dolls can be a bit exhausting for little hands. A suggestion to make it easier is to allow you little ones to cut roughly around the doll and clothing shapes. An adult can trim up and edges and/or make sure that the tabs are cut around properly.
Playing with your prince and princess dolls….
It’s time for the fun part- playing! Clothes and accessories are interchangeable for maximum mixing and matching fun.
I suggest using a tiny dot of sticky tac on the back of tabs to help doll clothes stay on during play. Transparent tape would also work but it may be a bit harder to reposition.
